We are not a large corporation with hundreds of employees.
We do not have a large warehouse. I am a mother with a small warehouse inside my home. I have been self employed now for about 13 years. I make jewelry and sell them at fairs, home parties etc.
We also own a small smoke gift shop "coming to the internet soon"
We chose to use this site to sell our cookie cutters because it was something new and we wanted to try it out.
We hope you are happy with the setup for now. We are also on Facebook as well. Isn't everybody these days? :-)

I started selling cookie cutters for the past few months. I loved all the cute little shapes and all the ideas that went with them.
I fell in love with the idea of cookie cutters when I orders a wedding cake and wedding gown cookie cutter for my wedding. I wanted to make cute wedding cake and wedding dress cookies as favors for my guest...needless to say it was a success. I'm not a professional cookie designer, but I did pretty well.
I process all orders with in 24 hours of receiving them, unless they were placed during the weekend or holiday hours, which means they will be processed on the next business day.
I do not carry a large inventory. Sometimes when a order is received, if the item isn't in our inventory, we will order it from our supplier and ship it out to you ASAP. This usually takes about 2-3 extra days. If that is the case, you will be notified right away.
